Zalando: packshot canvas 1801×2600 (1:1.44 portrait)

Zalando's catalogue render expects a portrait packshot at 1801 by 2600 pixels (1:1.44 aspect). Designer brands raise the minimum to 1800 by 2600. Below 762 by 1100, the asset is rejected at ingestion.

Zalando: packshot background must be #FFFFFF

Zalando's packshot canvas requires pure white RGB 255,255,255. Zalando applies a light grey storefront overlay automatically; submit the source on white. Editorial model views render against #F1F1F1 grey.

Zalando: JPG only, 20 MB maximum

Zalando's catalogue ingestion accepts JPG/JPEG only. Each image must be 20 MB or smaller. PNG, WebP, AVIF, and TIFF are rejected at upload.

Zalando: no logos, borders, or stylistic overlays

Zalando rejects packshot and model imagery that includes brand logos, watermarks, borders, colour swatches, props, or any decorative overlay. The article must be the only visual element.
