Best Buy Marketplace
The Best Buy primary image must be free of added text, borders, watermarks, and inset graphics.
Fix: Remove overlays and re-export a clean product shot. Overlapping marks are flagged for manual review.
eBay
eBay prohibits marketing watermarks plus added text, logos, and URLs. A small ownership/attribution watermark is allowed only if it covers no more than 5% of the image, sits at 50% opacity or less, contains no links, and never obscures the item.
Fix: Use CatalogPrep's AI cleanup edit (25 credits/edit) to remove marketing watermarks and URLs, or upload a clean version. A small attribution mark within eBay's size and opacity limits can stay.
Lazada
The Lazada main image should be free of promotional text, watermarks, borders, and seller logos so it reads as a clean product shot.
Fix: Remove overlays and re-export a clean product shot. Text and watermark removal is flagged for manual review when the mark overlaps the product.
Wayfair
Wayfair imagery must accurately represent the product and avoid added text or watermarks on the primary silo.
Fix: Remove overlays and re-export a clean silo; overlapping marks are flagged for manual review.
