Trendyol suppression
Why your Trendyol image was suppressed - and how to fix it
Trendyol flags 2 image rules that suppress or reject listings. Each is sourced, dated, and fixable. Run a free audit to find which apply to your photos.
Audit my Trendyol imagesSee all rulesTrendyol images must use a 2:3 portrait aspect ratio
Trendyol renders product images in a tall portrait frame; the official guideline is a 2:3 ratio at 1200 x 1800 px so images display without letterboxing or being cropped.
What we check: CatalogPrep reads the image width and height, computes the aspect ratio, and flags images that deviate from the 2:3 portrait shape Trendyol expects.
How to fix: Resize, crop, or pad the image to a 2:3 portrait canvas (1200 x 1800 px). CatalogPrep pads to the target ratio automatically; manual review is required when cropping would cut off the product.
Trendyol product image URLs must use HTTPS
When products are created with image URLs, Trendyol requires each image link to be served over HTTPS; non-secure HTTP URLs are rejected at product creation.
What we check: CatalogPrep inspects the image URL scheme for URL-based exports and flags any link that is not served over HTTPS.
How to fix: Host the exported images on an HTTPS endpoint and update the image links. CatalogPrep flags non-HTTPS URLs in the issue report so they can be corrected before submission.
