Audit my Target Plus imagesSee all rulesTarget Plus primary image must use a pure white background
Target Plus requires the primary image background to be pure white RGB 255,255,255 with no added text or graphics.
What we check: CatalogPrep samples the outer edge band and measures how close the dominant background is to RGB 255,255,255.
How to fix: Remove the background and composite onto a pure white canvas; CatalogPrep applies this automatically when the mask is clean.
Target Plus images should be at least 1000 x 1000 px
Target Plus requires at least 1000 x 1000 px for zoom; 1500 x 1500 or larger is recommended.
What we check: CatalogPrep reads the exported pixel dimensions and verifies both sides meet the 1000 px floor.
How to fix: Re-export at 1000 x 1000 px or larger (1500 recommended). CatalogPrep upscales and pads when the source allows.
