Cdiscount's product-sheet ingestion accepts JPG, GIF, and PNG. WebP, AVIF, HEIC, and TIFF are rejected. JPG is preferred for product photography; PNG for transparent assets.

How to fix

Re-export with CatalogPrep's HEIC-to-JPG tool if needed, or set the Cdiscount preset to JPG. The export pipeline targets JPG at 88 quality by default for Cdiscount packs.
