OTTO images must be JPG or PNG in RGB color mode

OTTO accepts JPG and PNG product images in RGB color mode; CMYK files and unsupported formats are rejected during ingestion.

OTTO images must be 500 x 1000 px minimum and 4500 px maximum per side

OTTO requires a minimum of 500 x 1000 px and caps the longest side at 4500 px so images stay within the catalog's display and zoom bounds.

OTTO image filenames must avoid special characters and umlauts

OTTO's ingestion expects clean image filenames; special characters and German umlauts in a filename can stop the asset from attaching to the product.
